Homemade Jam

A couple of days ago I saw this tasty recipe for Rhubarb and Vanilla-jam in a magazine…

 …And this morning Paul went out to get some fresh crossiants and orange juice for our breakfast. Sneakily enough he came back with not only our breakfast-necessities but also the ingredients needed to make the jam. He quitly put those on the kitchen-counter for me to discover once he was off to work.

Therefore I have now spent a good couple of hours making my very first homemade pot of jam. And it turned out beautifully! I am so proud and cannot wait to have it with freshly baked scones tomorrow morning.
