Asian beef salad

My friend cooked us dinner last week and as usual she magiced up an amazing dish. I hope it is OK that I share the recipe here, I need for everyone to get the chance to try it. It is really simple but the taste is extraordinary.  

Asian beef salad:

Ingredients

Fresh ginger – shave and cut into small bits

Thinly slices beef – chop finely and fry

Rice noodles – boil al dente

Edaman beans – boil and pop out of the shell

Cucumber – cut into cubes

Celery – cut into pieces

Coriander – finely chopped

Dressing

Fresh chili – finely chopped

Fish sauce – plenty

Lime juice – loads

Soy – a sppon-full

Garlic – 1 clove, finely chopped

Salt

Pepper

I am truly disastrous at writing down recipes but this is the main idea, then mix and match as you want, to your personal taste.
